At Walk Well, your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Period

  • You can return your order within 14 days of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

3. Return Charges

  • Returns are free of charge.

4. Refunds

  • Any delivery fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

  • A flat AED 25 exchange delivery fee applies.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
