Items must be unworn, in their original packaging.

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

Returns are free of charge.
4. Refunds

Any delivery fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery.

A flat AED 25 exchange delivery fee applies.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
