  • Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days within the UAE.

  • Delivery fees and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays).

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, free of charge.

  • Delivery fees paid by the customer are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges are available within 14 days with a flat AED 25 exchange fee.
