Shipping policy

At Walk Well, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely.

1. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–3 working days.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Fees

  • A flat AED 25 delivery fee applies to all orders below AED 500.

  • Orders above AED 500 qualify for free delivery.

3. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across the UAE.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

4. Failed Deliveries

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, re-delivery charges may apply.

5. Non-Refundable Delivery Fees

  • Please note that any delivery fees paid by the customer are non-refundable, even in the case of returns.
